ARA is a licensed commercial real estate brokerage in New York City. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit aranyc.com, contact us, message us, or answer one of our ads, and what we do with it.

What we collect

What you give us. Your name, email, phone number, company, role and message when you fill out a form on our website, answer a form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, send us a direct message, email us or call us.
What your browser sends. Basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected by our website host and by the tools we use to measure our website and ads.

How we use it

To reply to you and send the information you asked for, such as available spaces or details about a role.
To provide our brokerage services to landlords and tenants.
To understand which of our ads and pages are useful, and to improve them.
To meet our legal and licensing obligations.

Cookies and ad measurement

Our website may use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure visits and the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Who we share it with

If you answer one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also processes that information under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@aranyc.com and we will respond promptly.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.

Children

Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
